The bar at Liberty Station offers vintage cocktails created in a very classic style, and local craft beers, plus a wide array of wine options. Acclaimed Executive Chef Anthony Apolinar heads the kitchen. Chef has created a menu that includes creative “shareable” appetizers, pasta and salads. Entrees feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Liberty Station also smokes many high quality meats, including Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Pork Ribs and Chicken, on our custom made smoker, prominently displayed on the west side patio of the restaurant.
