It used to be home to the Commercial Hotel Tavern, built in 1837, making it the oldest bar in the Ottawa area at the time. We enjoyed the live saxophone music. The restaurant had a good ambience and was esthetically nice. Our food didn't take long to come. We ordered the Hummus and naan bread. The food especially the naan bread was too salty,so I couldn't finish it.. I would go back,but I would order something different.
