Drake Hotel tiene una gran tradición de té. El Palm Court comenzó a servir té durante la temporada de vacaciones de 1982 y dignatarios de la talla de la princesa de Gales, la princesa Diana, y Hilary Clinton han tomado té y cenado aquí desde entonces.
