Yana Coogee, situated a stone’s throw away from the beach on the main promenade of Coogee, is inspired by Chef Same Lane's passion for the simplicity of cooking with an open fire and the feeling of being surrounded by great food, drink and company. The delicate smokey aromas from the kitchen greet guests as they arrive in our Australian inspired interior with exposed brick walls and leather seating booths - altogether, setting the scene for a delicious, fire-touched dining experience. The menu will be agile to work closely with the dynamic nature of the availability of local produce. You can expect to enjoy a menu including Whole King Prawns with Nduja butter, 1.2kg black onyx Tomahawk with oregano Verde, and sides including Medley with Heirloom carrots, radish, zucchini, Sheep yoghurt, sumac, and honey.
