Esta es la sucursal hermana de Albert's Shed, ubicada en centro de Manchester en Castlefield, y es el segundo restaurante Albert's. Creado en lo que anteriormente era el viejo pub Barleycorn, este nuevo lugar busca brindar a Manchester South un espacio moderno e impecable. Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. All round amazing! Food, staff, atmosphere was spot on. There were 6 if us do we tried a good variety from the menu. It was all excellent. Will definitely become regulars here!

Great venue, lovely staff, good quality food for reasonable price. Only small recommendation is that the dips should come with flat bread without having to pay extra.

A really nice visit, excellent service from a very pleasant lady who was very attentive. The food was really nice and served at a nice steady pace. Everybody seemed to be on their top game today. Well done.
