Columbia, el restaurante más antiguo de Florida, fue fundado en la histórica zona de Ybor City en 1905. Es un establecimiento de propiedad familiar y lleva en funcionamiento desde hace 111 años. Es conocido por su galardonada gastronomía cubano-española y su carta de vinos, así como por su encanto del viejo mundo. Los comensales pueden llevar vestimenta informal, pero no se acepta que los hombres vistan camisas sin mangas. Algunas mejoras muy necesarias que se están realizando en las calles 21st y 22nd de Ybor City han ralentizado el tráfico cerca del restaurante Columbia. Se recomienda a los comensales considerar el tiempo de traslado para así llegar de forma puntual y sin estrés. De lunes a sábado se ofrecen espectáculos impresionantes de Flamenco durante la cena por un suplemento de 6 USD por persona. Es un hermoso lugar, mucha historia y tradición, pero vigente. El personal superior amable, manejaron la reserva eficientemente. La comida deliciosa y abundante.
