Harvester Kitchen by Bryan is located in downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) on 6th Street, near Phillips Avenue, with sunset views of the iconic Old Courthouse clock tower. The windowed loft-style space is in the historic Harvester Building. The restaurant is a scenic 1/2-mile walk from the impressive Falls Park and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River. And is a few steps away from the Arc of Dreams, the centerpiece landmark sculpture of the DTSF sculpture walk, spanning the Big Sioux River.

Ubicado en el bonito centro histórico de Sioux Falls, el establecimiento cuenta con paredes centenarias de cuarcita y ladrillo, un ambiente moderno y enérgico, platillos interesantes y sabrosos, cocteles innovadores y una extensa carta de vinos y cervezas. El restaurante recomienda a los clientes fijarse en su homónimo al cruzar el umbral, donde aún sigue el logotipo original de Crawford de 1963. La decoración integra sin miedo elementos masculinos y femeninos: el Salvaje Oeste se une con el concepto romaní... desde el bar panelado de piel, la barra de cuarcita del bar, los reposapiés elaborados con vías de tren de hierro y las mesas de madera recuperada hasta azulejos vintage. papel tapiz adornado con piedras preciosas, candelabros marroquíes y columnas indias antiguas... ningún detalle queda al azar. Lo mismo se aplica a la comida: desde filetes de res de primera calidad hasta salmón salvaje, todos los elementos se cuidan con esmero. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and grew up in Boston, MA. Marybeth, a Sioux Falls native, ventured to the east coast as a nanny and then nursing school in Somerville, MA. The two met, fell in love, and became engaged on Martha’s Vineyard island. Moving back to Sioux Falls in 1999 and working at several area restaurants, they opened R Wine Bar in 2018. As owners of R Wine Bar, Riccardo and Marybeth are passionate about one thing: people. They believe that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. With a curated wine list, local craft beer on tap, and beautifully executed menu, Riccardo and Marybeth are thrilled to bring R Wine Bar & Kitchen to the East Bank of Downtown Sioux Falls along with their General Manager, Jane Allen, Assistant Manager Bailey Bernal, Sous Chef Caleb Carr, Sous Chef Esteban Gonzalez, and Culinary Director Adam Schumacher.
