Los dueños de este lugar abrieron el primer restaurante en el 2004 en Castlefield, Manchester con un objetivo claro: Servir alimentos de calidad a clientes locales por un precio razonable, en un lugar elegante, mediante un servicio amable y modesto. Han mantenido ese objetivo desde entonces y gracias a ello se han ganado la fidelidad de muchos clientes. El nuevo restaurante será creado de lo que anteriormente solía ser el New Ellensmere pub y restaurante, en el East Lancashire Road, y busca brindar un espacio moderno e impecable para cenar, con capacidad para 180 comensales dentro del restaurante, y también contará con una terraza en la que puede recibir hasta 60 personas.

Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. The design of the restaurant is influenced by some of our favourite places to eat and drink, it takes its cues from the street food ‘Hawker’ markets of Penang mixed with the reclaimed building feel of Budapest’s ruin bars. These places both have a magical feel, something that we’ve tried to recreate for the people of Blackpool to enjoy. Penang, Malaysia is an eclectic melting pot of various food styles, with influences from Indonesia, Thailand, India and China, dishes such as soup ramen and stone-baked donburi are two great examples of the depth in flavour, which can be created when different styles come together.

We visited on a Monday lunch beautiful building and a lovely warm welcome nothing was too much trouble. The food we chose was delicious highly recommend a visit we will definitely be back thank you

Excellent food, attentive but discreat service in a lovely country setting. Food is the main star and is always beautiful and I personally think good value for money.

Was going to a show at the lowery stopped here easy to park away from the crowds ,food was excellent, service was quick ,something for everyone’s tastes , very relaxed , good atmosphere will definitely go again

I went to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. Lovely food and surroundings. Our waitress Michaela couldn’t do enough for our table. She was friendly and helpful and even took time out to organise a beautiful little birthday cake. Thank you Michaela you made my birthday extra special. I will definitely be visiting again
