You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Learn about the history of rum, and how JimmyRum became Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. Bookings are encouraged.

The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-36 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We are thrilled to have recommenced dining in, for breakfast & lunch, seven days a week from the 29th of October. Numbers are very limited & for this reason there are a couple of changes to the way we do things.- BREAKFAST service daily between 8.30am -10:45am. LUNCH service daily between 12.00pm -3.30pm. Bookings will be staggered during these service times. With inside numbers currently so limited & our weather being so unpredictable, some areas outside will be walk in only & unfortunately some will have no ‘plan B’ for inclement weather.
