Featuring primarily grilled foods, Tsuki places emphasis on the importance of hospitality and quality. Tsuki’s à la carte menu options include favorites like grilled rice balls with dried sardines and perilla, salmon and maitake mushroom donabe rice, sesame blancmange and chicken junwakei soup. Very strange that I’m coming to Tokyo to enjoy American steak but Empire is a quick walk from my Roppongi hotel and the service here is top notch fantastic. It’s also friendly for solo diners and many of the salads and sides can be ordered half-size. They also carry my favorite Napa Merlot by Duckhorn. Head waiter Ito-san is about as professional and old-school as you can find anywhere these days …….all I can say is that Empire is worth the visit and cost because sometimes, no matter where you are, that craving for a juicy, rare, grass-fed USDA prime cut of beef must be fulfilled, with extreme perfection!!

It was an amazing evening. The restaurant is downstairs and you sit around the kitchen, like a chefs table. The owner speaks english and helps you with everything. Also the menue is in english.The food is amazing. There are two menues to choose for 5.000 or 7.000 Yen which includes Sashimi, Wagyu and rice and several other dishes. We will come back, when we in Tokyo, 100% percent!!!
