The building was originally the grocery section of the J.F. Cairns Department Store dating back to 1907. The Spaghetti Alla Procida is delicious. Octopus was tender and there was just enough luck in the dish. Not too heavy. Two others in our party had the carbonara which was authentically made, not runny, full of flavour. We had multiple appetizers, but most favourite were the scallops. Definitely a guaranteed stop for us when we visit Saskatoon.

A truly lovely evening. Chef Brian and the staff at Grouse took such great care of us. From our coats being checked to our prompt payment being taken, each step of our evening was thoughtful and effortless. Service was unobtrusive but precise with plates and cutlery being switched and wine and cocktails constantly flowing. The scallop dish was my star of the evening with a beautiful balance of rich flavours. It is so wonderful to see the menu change by season. I highly recommend placing your trust in this staff to deliver a spectacular dinner.
