An excellent dining experience on Christmas Day. The buffet was well stocked with delicious items. I was impressed with how many gluten-free items were available. Gluten-free desserts were available on request. The service was great. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It was a bit loud (but this was because a 97-year-old with hearing issues was dining with us). Definitely a meal worth remembering.

Christmas meal was great for most part. Lots of very nice and attentive staff. Gravy was not thick, other than that food was terrific. Staff was first rate.

Had a wonderful Christmas dinner , turkey was served hot , mashed potatoes, dressing, cabbage roll and gravy were very tasty , desert was a really good Carmel cake , Server was polite , with prompt service . Value for what we had was a 5 star , Thankyou union station Resturant for the lovely meal

So good!! The attention to detail is fantastic. Love to come here whenever I am in Regina. Never disappointed.

Fantastic dining experience. Beautiful décor, inspired food, wonderul service. Very cute “burrow” details in terms of bunnies throughout the dining room, menu and even the metal bill weight. Upscale restaurant befitting the historic Hotel Saskatchewan. We’ll definitely be back!
