The furnace reaches temperatures of over 300 degrees Celsius so the produce is seared and smoked in seconds, making sure the flavour sings on your palate, and not on the plate.The restaurant boasts a beautiful, seated island bar, a peephole into the working kitchen and covers for over 100 guests. Delicious food in lovely comfortable restaurant; service was impeccable; wine ordered was a quality product; we thought the set lunch provided great value with free basket of hot bread with some sauces Overall a great experience as we had a lovely leisurely afternoon over lunch and we will definitely repeat this soon

The wife and I went for a mid-week date night and had a lovely time at Humo. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the decor and overall aesthetic was very cool and most importantly the food was delicious. It’s a great asset to Watford high street.

This is a wonderful addition to Hatch End High Street. The size of the restaurant is a surprise for it looks like any other from outside but is quite big. The decor is plush. The food and service were excellent. Worth going with friends and family. Will come again soon.
