Two Italian guys in their twenties met in Manchester to find out that they shared a unique passion; they both loved and missed, the Italian Aperitivo, the ritual of drinking, nibbling and relaxing after work. Our wines come from Caruso & Minini, our family vineyard back in Sicily where great-grandfather Antonio planted the first vines in the XIX century. As usual the Opera Grill delivers in its outstanding dining experience. With a multitude of excellent dishes to choose from, produced by the chefs to an outstanding level. Then delivered to the table by the attentive staff. Ensuring your meal is to your satisfaction without being over attentive. It so much reminds me of my favourite hotel the East in Hamburg. Once again well done Team Opera Grill, I'll be back!

Another fabulous meal at the Chef's Table, the food is always spectacular and the service warm and genuinely friendly. Lobster tail to start with Venison marinated in sloe gin as a main finishing with Christmas pudding was a great way to start our Christmas. Thank you Liam and the team, you are a magician!!!
