El The Oar es un restaurante informal situado frente al agua, en el muelle del río Patchogue, y sirve marisco y filetes deliciosos y frescos. Los chefs preparan especialidades como camarones con coco, chuletas de 2 lomos de 36 oz. de gran calidad y quesadillas de langosta, así como almejas pequeñas y ostras Blue Point frescas del día.
