Sokrates Greek Taverna on Winter Hey Lane in Horwich is a relaxed, friendly restaurant serving dishes from Greece, Cyprus and Eastern Mediterranean. The food from La Casa is excellent. We had a good selection of different meals and they were all outstanding. The staff handed a very busy Christmas eve with ease. They were friendly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

I took my granddaughter and her husband they live in Oxford we had a lovely time everything was superb could not have been better can’t wait to go back I would recommend to everyone

The Allotment is a great place for vegan food. I'd really recommend the tapas deal, we shared 5 small plates and they were all delicious. It's a lovely atmosphere and the service is excellent. An oasis of calm amid the noise and bustle of the Christmas markets!

Every time I go it’s amazing, not once have I been and not enjoyed the food the atmosphere the service. Nick and Christine efficient fabulous nothing is too much trouble. Get the Meze it’s good value for money and everything on it is amazing
