So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Tried something other than burgers - which are very good - and I was very impressed. The French onion soup was superb! A rich, tasty broth with onions and plenty of melted cheese on top We then tried the Garcia pizza - plenty of mushrooms, cheese, some carmelized onions and a nice chewy crust - very tasty and certainly enough to share. We also received great service from Amaya (hope I spelled that correctly) who was very efficient and friendly. Thanks for another great meal

My wife and I had a pleasant dinner on a Thursday evening. Noise level was fine. Server was great - friendly and efficient. We split a salad that was still too large for one person to consume. Salmon and short ribs entrees were very good.

Perfect date night spot! Servers were attentive & helpful navigating the large wine menu. Food was outstanding! Perfectly sized portions, will definitely be back!

Our server Nick was excellent. Very knowledgeable and attentive. The food and atmosphere are great. The crab rice is addictive . Special thank you to Vivi the manager, she always makes sure to spot by our table and ensure everything is great for us. Is the great staff at this location that makes us come back again and again.
