Manager Dana and server Dave saved the day after a bad start. The hostess messed up and skipped our reservation, and seated other people who had later reservations. We waited 30 minutes for a table while standing next to the cold revolving door. After getting a table, things went better with Dave as our server and great food. The halibut was delicious! Dana the manager apologized and gave us a generous gift card to return.

The pearl oysters were excellent and it would have been unfortunate if I had not ordered them. The pearls give a nice contrast in texture. I had the Maryland Benedict and was surprised that the eggs weren’t poached, or at least the egg yolk was cooked too long. Same with the scotch egg- the egg wasn’t runny like in the menu description. Having the sausage sit in a pool of honey-dijon ruined it. It’s as if the honey dijon was supposed to make up for the flavorless sausage. However, the other two dishes were great. The server was fantastic and I should’ve stuck with his recommendations. He may have been the bar tender too because he made amazing cocktails for our table. I’d be back for those cocktails.

The service was so good, so personable and truly helpful. One person in the group was recently diagnosed with celiacs and the waiter was on it, great suggestions and knew what the kitchen could do for her. He was so good that he made the evening great.

Great place, highly recommend! Service was excellent and food was great. It is especially nice to be able to carry on a conversation. So many places are so noisy now it is impossible to hear someone seated directly across for you. This is a neighborhood gem for sure. Recommend the Happy Hour discounts. Definitely will be back!

My wife and I our Crave regulars. We've been to every Crave in Minnesota and the Mall of America location is our favorite. The staff is great, the Mgr Amanda is great, and the food is always on point. Our regular go to items are the Firecracker shrimp, truffle parm fries, Bamboo Bite Roll, Mexican Roll (be sure to squeeze that lime on), and the Two Times Tuna roll (a new one). The specialty drinks are great and we finish the night with an Espresso Martini.
