Texas de Brazil es una auténtica "churrascaria", o restaurante de cortes finos, brasileño-estadounidense, que combina la gastronomía del sur de Brasil con el espíritu generoso de Texas para dar lugar a una nueva experiencia gastronómica. El establecimiento cuenta con un área de ensaladas gourmet que ofrece entre 50 y 60 opciones, entre ellas aperitivos, verduras frescas, sopas y ensaladas.
