Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. Crudo uses the Japanese technique of curing the fish making it more tender and flavorful. Finishing it with lime, lemon, and soy; featuring Wild King Salmon, Japanese Madai, Hamachi and more. Absolutely one of the best meals we have ever had. We were recovering from a cancelled concert and came in demoralized. Josh and the team provided lots of kindness and good cheer. The drinks were robust and the duck wings and lamb ribs so tasty. Everything was served on savory sauces or dips. Try the garlic yogurt! Creations of a creative chef.

AMAZINGGGGGG I LOVED IT!!!! I made a RSVP and was running behind schedule (typical me) they were so accommodating, especially since it was Game 1 of the playoffs. Amazing service! Food! First time visiting and I most certainly will be visiting again!!!! Shadria!
