At Babette, the husband and wife team of Joan Ellis and Patrick Hooker, are in the kitchen preparing each plate to ensure that their vision and taste profile are translated to each diner.     The experience was pleasant. The tacos we ordered were amazing. We did order the posole. It wasn’t as good as I’ve had before so we sent it back without a problem. Definitely recommend their margaritas.

    Outstanding food well prepared and presented. Service was very friendly. There was a large and very loud birthday party group when we were there, which was unfortunate as the upstairs room has a lot of hard surfaces. Definitely will go back, but probably not on a Friday night.

    Delicious food and lots of food. The atmosphere is somewhat casual, so not quite a date night place but a terrific value.
