At Killruddery, our Walled Garden + Farm ingredients are the backbone of our menu, which we make available for lunch from 12:00pm Thursday - Sunday, our Seasonal Supper Club and feasts for special private occasions. Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning.
