Excellent place to go if you're looking for a cozy, intimate dining experience. Luxurious, dark blue, velvet bench seating, complete with plenty of comfy throw pillows on one side of our table, very comfortable chair seating on the other side of the table. Beautifully appointed interior, well-stocked bar, fabulous menu items. We went for a birthday celebration and will definitely go back! Our server, Peter, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, had everything we could need, and then some, and was quick with very good pairing suggestions. Definitely recommend!

Went here for a date night. They had an incredible special with a 24 oz porterhouse for two, it was the most delicious and well thought out meal that either of us have had in years. Everything from the service to the food to the drinks to the ambiance was incredible. I could not recommend it highly enough. Chris was our waiter, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole night!

We had the appetizer special, a shrimp and corn dip with housemade chips, the pasta special, and the seasonal salad with salmon; excellent as always. Vanessa provided great service.

We had a 7:30 reservation on Christmas Eve. We arrived and were checked in at 7:25. The place was packed. The foyer was at capacity, at least 17-20 people were outside waiting for their table. The hostess told us our table would be ready in a couple of minutes and they would text when our table was ready. We went to the bar and were lucky enough to get seats. The bartenders were SLAMMED! However, they took our drink pretty quick and had great attitudes. At 8:00 we decided just to eat at the bar, the best service is always at the bar. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp and the Chicken Lettuce Wraps which we've had before and were very good. Our orders came out hot and timely. We were talking to a couple sitting next to us and they had made a reservation through Open Table and had been waiting over 20 minutes and had not been seated at a table. At 8:42 still having Still no text, seems like PF Changs doesn't honor Open Table reservations (btw, this is second time at Changs this happened to us), I went to the hostess station and the manager was there and told him we had been waiting over an hour for our table, this was not the first time we've had this happen to us and we were eating at the bar. All he said was, "Great". No apology for the the screw up, I really expected a bunch of excuses but he couldn't care less. Our entree's arrived timely and piping hot, I have the General Chang's Chicken, which is my favorite and my husband had Lo Mien. We enjoyed our meals thoroughly and the two ladies behind the bar made what could have been a very stressful situation so pleasant. Bottom line, the bar has their act together. Front of house is a hot mess express. Once we got outside, one of the people working at the hostess station followed us out an apologized for what happened and the manager's attitude. and further stated he messes them up every time they are busy by blowing off reservations and seating. on a first come first serve basis.

We loved spending Christmas Eve here! Delicious meal, really thoughtful and helpful server (Jett), perfect ambiance, we loved everything!
