Vermuteria is a classic, euro neighbourhood bar. We have a big focus on vermouth, sherry, classic cocktails and tasty snacks. Like a traditional Spanish ‘vermuteria’, our vermouth is served straight out of our 100L barrels behind the bar and our very popular semi-dry is served chilled from the tap. What a fantastic restaurant! The food was outstanding as was the service. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. When one of the sides was delayed it was offerred to us as complimentary. Sitting at the bar was so much fun. We could watch all the activities in the kitchen area and had instant access to staff if we needed to request anything. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone after great food and service.

Best Picon bière in Sydney, great ambiance, friendly staff in a typical old france bistrot. It was my first time and it will not be the last!!
