Sorprendida y agradecida ,por fin un rest con menú diferente ! Para empezar pedimos pulpo con una espuma de chistorras espectacular,crocante,gustoso y abundante.Seguimos con el pescado bransini( primo del branzino)con tubérculos de girasoles,Wow.wow.Muy bien sazonado,fresco y buena presentación. El cochinillo para los carnívoros muyyyy sabroso,no esperes que sea como pernil,es desmenuzado acompañado de garbanzos,delicioso!!!! Ya quiero volver!!!!

Tuvimos una experiencia super maravillosa en Marmalade. Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños, y nos hicieron tantos detalles tan bonitos incluido pétalos de rosa en la mesa, el chef nos firmó la botella de vino, y nos dieron un 'postcard' de una ilustración del chef Peter, firmado por no tan solo el chef pero por todos los empleados trabajando esa noche. Estamos sumamente agradecidos con el trato y el servicio! Y pues obviamente la comida de Peter es algo fuera de este mundo! Gracias por una noche tan especial!

Excelente servicio! Nos atendieron de maravilla, la host y nuestro server siempre estuvieron atentos de todo y fueron above and beyond para que mi cumpleaños fuera el mejor. La comida perfecta, el risotto de mariscos estuvo 10/10.
