El THE Steak House ha sido nombrado recientemente la Mejor Churrasquería de Las Vegas por Zagat. El amable personal del THE Steak House lleva 34 años ofreciendo a sus comensales las mejores carnes. Además, el THE Steak House cuenta con una zona acristalada de añejado en seco. La carne de res de primera calidad del Medio Oeste se añeja durante 21 días a 2º y con un 67% de humedad relativa. Este proceso ablanda la carne y le da un sabor distinto, el cual se potencia preparándola en una parrilla de carbón de mezquite con fogón abierto.
