For example, we use traditional European ingredients such as croissants to create sushi and pasta to create Japanese dishes. We use the fresh Japanese wagyu beef for our starters and sushi, and we also use the Japanese techniques of curing local fish of Europe - using kombu seaweed - to bring out the best of the ingredients. I don’t normally leave reviews but we had such a great experience for dinner I wanted to share how great Buenasado is. Right from the moment we came through the door we were very impressed. Friendly efficient service, great ambiance and amazing steaks. What more could you want from an Argentinian steak house A brilliant addition to Reading, please support as we’d like this one to stay.

The chicken dish was beautifully presented and very tasty. The only niggle was that I don’t like carrots or broccoli - I should have asked what the mixed veg were but the green beans were lovely. The chocolate vegan tart was really delicious and also beautifully presented. Once ordered the service was very prompt.

Both had the Cantley Burger, very nice but fries were bland - bring back the chunky chips.
