Chef Yamamoto brings this cultural experience to life with 16 meticulously curated courses featuring a variety of traditional and unique alpine-inspired flavors in an immersive dining adventure unlike any other. This intimate experience is offered at $175 per person, and is limited to 8 guests per experience. Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
