The name “Ichoume” comes from the address of this street. Ichoume is located on ‘1’ Harbour Street, Darling Quarter. That’s why we named the restaurant “Ichoume” (Choume is used for addresses in Japan.     Everything was great! The staff are nice and welcoming, the food was delicious and the staff brought each dish out with great timing. It was Friday night, they had live jazz music and it set the mood nicely!

    The service was absolutely fantastic. Guy was so informative and knowledgeable about the whiskey and finding the right style of whiskey for us. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Sydney
