We learned alot about the Maillard effect and the great pairing between champagne and sparkling wines with browned and roasted foods . The food was Outstanding . The view of the sound and overall ambiance of the restaurant is always Superb . Looking forward to more of these educational pairings . Thanks for a new experience. My husband and I stayed during a very quiet time and so there weren’t that many diners with us in the restaurant. It was great! The atmosphere is really cozy and we sat by the fire.
