Las granjas locales son la inspiración para este nuevo restaurante de gastronomía New American centrado en los ingredientes de temporada. Hay vinos y cervezas americanos cuidadosamente seleccionados, y cocteles artesanales de la casa hechos con zumos naturales. El restaurante se instaló en Greenport en 2004, y en la primavera de 2008 se trasladó al puerto de Port Jefferson.
