Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. Chef Luke's signature Seared Salmon Risotto is famous amongst regulars. All of Chef Luke's dishes are meticulously prepared with fresh scratch ingredients ...and his house-made Desserts are to die for. Thank you to the talented Chef and all the amazing staff for welcoming us on this Thanksgiving. The food was delicious, beyond what we expected. And the staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. So enjoyed our visit. We live in the Springs and picked up our grandson at DU. So glad we made our reservations at Gattara! 10 Stars!!!

We didn’t eat any food, but the cocktails were interesting and perfectly crafted! Great ambiance; Amazing views of the city - can’t wait to come back in the summer and sit outside.

The old menu was better and a go-to. This new menu incorporates a lot of seafood. That’s a risk in Colorado…one my husband likes to take. This time it didn’t pay off. The shrimp left him feeling ill all night.
