General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11). It’s also going to signal a little bit of steakhouse, but not too much. And finally, it will look behind itself at the Black Hoof, which you will see reflected in James Santon’s menu here and there. In terms of vibe, the main floor is ‘everything’s gone green’, with lush comfortable banquette seating, warm wood, and barstools designed for long conversations over many cocktails. Everything was amazing, each dish held its own in incredible taste. It would be impossible to pick a favourite, the entire meal was top notch. You can see the passion behind each dish.. Cocktails were creative and the ambience was buzzing. Cant wait to go back.

Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors, colors, and textures. Surprisingly, the dishes incorporated a lot of Asian flavors paired with French techniques. Most of the dishes were excellent and unique, though there were a couple of misses. The service was good, with attentive staff. The ambiance was decent and comfortable, not suffocating or uncomfortable at all. Overall, I enjoyed my time and dinner here.

Focaccia with Maple butter and baked Brie (plant based) with crostini were excellent starters Dinner was Rigate Gigi, Mushroom Truffle Agnolotti and vegan Salmon (3 ppl) All dishes were fantastic Dessert was the Chocolate Orange cake which was delicious Will definitely be back 😀👍
