Este restaurante, inspirado en la identidad de su restaurante hermano, es un pequeño espacio íntimo que incluye principalmente una gran mesa comunal, aunque también cuenta con un espacio para banquetes, un bar y mesas independientes. Socarrat, la quintaesencia de la paella perfecta de donde proviene el nombre del restaurante, es la corteza deliciosa y apetecible que se forma en la parte inferior de la paellla cuando el líquido se evapora y el arroz alcanza su consistencia ideal. Nombrado en honor al novelista francés de principios del siglo 20, Pierre Loti Union Square ofrece una extensa carta de vinos europeos. En la carta predominan los varietales.
