The waitress was sweet but working alone which caused us to wait longer than I deemed necessary. I do get everything is made with organic foods, however those prices may be an issue in keeping people coming back frequently. Those smashed potatoes were amazing!! My waitress took care of me with my dietary restrictions. They even had a violinist and the decor was amazing. If there's a Waldorf wherever I travel, I'll stay and eat/drink/ tea there for sure.
