Esta es la sucursal hermana de Albert's Shed, ubicada en centro de Manchester en Castlefield, y es el segundo restaurante Albert's. Creado en lo que anteriormente era el viejo pub Barleycorn, este nuevo lugar busca brindar a Manchester South un espacio moderno e impecable. Cuenta con capacidad para 160 comensales dentro del restaurante y también cuenta con una terraza para 60 personas, la cual es perfecta para cenar al aire libre durante el verano. Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. First time as new to the area. Food was excellent, very tasty. Small plates but packed with lots of flavour. There were 6 of us for lunch, we went for a mix between the daytime offer and from the main menu. Value for money was spot on. I have been to lots of Tapas places but I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely visit again at some point!

Fantastic restaurant, superb staff and service, quality of food exceptional! Had the Crab-Cake & Roast Beef dinner off the 2 course Sunday lunch menu (£36). Both fantastic! I’d go as far to say you’d be hard pushed to find a better Sunday roast in South Manchester! Hispi never disappoints. Huge thank-you to the team, will not leave it as long for the next visit.

We went for a friend's birthday. We were able to chat without being rushed. One friend is coeliac and the manager came to ensure her order was done safely, double checking everything very professionally. A lovely evening, great food and a good choice of non alcoholic drinks.

Fantastic crab ravioli. Amazing fillet steak with wild prawns on the side. Self made surf and turf. Franko and Mauro fab service. Buzzing atmosphere.

The food is absolutely delicious! From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! The Torta Caprese was a delight! Highly recommended! The staff was very attentive and helpful ensuring that our whole meal experience was flawless. Excelent service!
