Con Paul Martin's American Grill, Brian Bennett y el empresario de restaurantes Paul Fleming han cumplido el sueño mucho tiempo acariciado de crear el restaurante "que siempre hemos deseado tener en nuestra zona". La esencia de toda buena comida radica en el uso de ingredientes frescos de temporada de la zona.
