After 25 years of success, we changed the name in 2000 to Gilbey's, having recognised that our food had outgrown the original wine bar concept. Our friendly and efficient team look forward to welcoming you in either the stunning Conservatory Restaurant, cosy Front Bar and Townhouse, one of our newly opened Townhouse guest bedrooms or our top floor studio apartment-our exclusive guest accommodation.
