Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. Our first time there and it blew us away! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, the food is outstanding, and the tiramisu OMG! Mackenzie was super lovely and attentive. Braci did not disappoint!

We have been a number of times to the Ambassador Training Restaurant and again it didn't disappoint. We all felt that out waiter Ben had served us a few months prior and we were impressed with his increased confidence and demeanour. The food was excellent as seems usual. We will look forward to repeating our experiences at a future date. Thanks to the teachers and staff who have contributed to this excellent experience.

Great value for the bbq buffet, and the meat and sashimi quality is great, with lots of variety. The VIP room is nice for a birthday and the staff are very thoughful to leave a small gift and candle. Its our second time dining here and we will be back.

Food is consistently delicious here. They really need to replace there chairs they are in a very dilapidated state and it is quite off putting.
