Introducing Cornus, a rooftop space in Belgravia, the second restaurant from David O’Connor and Joe Mercer-Nairne of the acclaimed Chelsea restaurant, Medlar. Chef Gary Foulkes will lead the kitchen, joining from the Michelin-starred Angler to offer a regularly changing menu. Foulkes will lead the kitchen, combining his ingredient-led approach with flavours and techniques encountered on his travels around the world. The menu will showcase the best of the British and European larder. David will lead the Front of House team alongside Wine Director Melania Battiston.

It was a lovely time! Food took a bit of time between dishes, but was lovely. We found the small plates to be the best! The service was very good, we were in the corner so sometimes it took some time to catch someone's eye. Lovely little place, definitely recommend a counter to watch the cooking!

Six of our family came together for lunch. It was an easy place to find being near to the station, bus routes and with a space for a taxi. We had reserved a table which was waiting for us and the service was really good, even though the restaurant was busy. The food was very nice, a good selection to suit everyone and a special menu for the gluten intolerant. We thought that the prices were very good. As we had met from different parts of the country, we had a lot to talk about and were really pleased that the music wasn't too loud at all. I think that the waiters and waitresses were so available and helpful was what made it especially appreciated by our group. I would definitely recommend Giraffe Victoria as a place to meet and eat.
