Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. Good as ever. The short rib is amazing and that purple drink with coffee and whiskey. First you get the flowery hit then coffee and then…. smooth enveloping cream.! in that order. Very entertaining. A special place.

The food was excellent as usual. Service very friendly and prompt. Great position looking out over the Parramatta River. We attended their Melbourne Cup Luncheon. All facilities were available. An excellent day.
