La Osteria di Russo & Russo es propiedad del padre e hijo Pino y Marc Russo, apoyados en la cocina y el salón por un dedicado equipo de "italianos honoríficos", muchos de los cuales trabajaron juntos anteriormente en el Bridge Room del distrito financiero de Sídney. Nuestra cocina incluye combinaciones de sabores clásicos italianos, aunque el chef, Jason Saxby, rara vez utiliza ingredientes importados y se suele inspirar más en los productos de temporada y las técnicas modernas que en las recetas tradicionales. Si quieren probar comida mexicana autentica, este es el sitio. Soy mexicana viviendo en Sydney y puedo decir que los sabores son como los de Mexico. Muy buena carta y servicio, tanto los chicos que atienden como Juan Carlos quien me parece es el manager. Nosotros pedimos un mezcal por supuesto que tienen verdaderos mexcales artesanales, agua de jamaica, el taco al pastor, a tostada de calllo de hacha, el aguachile de pescado y el volcan de pulpo. Todo para compartir y todo delicioso. Al postre ya no llegamos pero seguro volveremos a probar todo lo que nos falta de la carta. Super recomendado!
