Esta es la sucursal hermana de Albert's Shed, ubicada en centro de Manchester en Castlefield, y es el segundo restaurante Albert's. Creado en lo que anteriormente era el viejo pub Barleycorn, este nuevo lugar busca brindar a Manchester South un espacio moderno e impecable. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. Family friendly, serve Halal food. Expert in Pasta and Pizza. Huge plates .. so don’t go for 2 courses unless you have not eaten anything all day!! Very Noisy, so don’t choose it for business Dinner!! Nice place to celebrate Christmas & Different occasions!

First time to Blacklock and we will definitely be visiting again! Food absolutely delicious - we had the "All In" to share. Meat was anazing, flatbread a great idea and gravy was so scrummy. I would prefer more gravy to start with, as you can get more, but just have to get the attention of a member of staff, and it was busy. Great atmosphere, staff were very friendly and helpful. Meat just melted in your mouth, broccoli and walnut salad was very nice and the beef dripping chips were lush! The pre-chop bites were just the right size, loved the kimchi one!

What a delightful afternoon. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The food was tasty and plentiful. The drinks were not too overpriced. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Great ambiance. Definitely one of my favourite places in Manchester.
