The Michelin Starred, Fordwich Arms, located in the smallest town in England, dates as far back as 1828. I would very rarely rate all 5’s but from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, helpful, prompt, the restaurant and facilities were well designed and kept. The food portions were very good and the quality was amazing, the combinations and taste was very well executed. I was expecting the bill at the end to be a bit more than it actually was. I genuinely couldn’t find a single fault.

Took my husband for his birthday, was given a nice booth table so didn't feel too squashed in. Had a lovely welcome on arrival and everything explained as we'd never been before. The food was really quick and was so good. We got the shareboard for 2 and there was plenty there, we took food home!

Amazing food and amazing service. Our server was just lovely and thoroughly explain the menu. The atmosphere was beautiful and elegant. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect place to have Christmas dinner! The food was delicious, hot and plentiful. Staff were very attentive and we even got to speak to to the owner when she arrived! Very pleasant atmosphere, thank you all so much.
