Forbes Mill Steakhouse ofrece una cocina excelente, con ternera negra Tajima Wagyu y ternera angus con certificación Prime. Solo el 1,5% de la ternera no cumple los estándares CAB de primera marca. La carta también incluye chuletas de cordero australiano, cola de langosta australiana, atún fresco de aleta amarilla de Hawaii y una amplia variedad de platillos principales de marisco. We believe wine is better with food & food is better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should enjoy..often. Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients & has a strong focus on sustainability. Our service team includes ten sommeliers and is proud to offer guests more than 700 wines by the bottle. We are a casually elegant wine bistro open Tues-Sat 5PM to 10PM. Amazing food, superlative service, and wonderful ambience. The Tasting House is a remarkable restaurant each, and every item on the menu is succulent beyond belief. And while you are enjoying their beautiful food and surroundings, a marvelous jazz group plays, traditional jazz that would bring a smile to anyone’s face on Bourbon Street. The Tasting House literally has everything to make a totally complete and delightful evening. One can only remember when the Michelin stars will begin to come.

We’ve been dining at Forbes Mill since they opened in town, and every visit has been consistently exceptional—truly 100% on point. Recently we sat in the back dining room, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was quiet enough for easy conversation, the service from Carlos was outstanding, and the food was incredibly delicious. The beautiful ambiance added to the overall experience.

We used to go there all the time and stopped going about 8-9 months ago. Last time we were there the bartender was rude…. So we stopped going. We decided to give it another try, the bar area is very nice….and ….We had a great time, cocktails were great and portions were good size and bartenders were exceptional!!! If you haven’t been in awhile go…
