La experiencia gastronómica que ofrece Copacabana comienza con un viaje en su "Galleria", la cual cuenta con una panadería abierta donde se ofrece pan recién horneado y dips y una selección de quesos y embutidos cortados a mano al momento. El restaurante también ofrece ensaladas frescas y entradas llenas de color. En el salón comedor se ofrece una amplia variedad de cortes de carne de res angus certificada (CAB) asados a la parrilla en distintas formas y servidas a la mesa por gauchos o cortadores del establecimiento. La carne casi siempre viene ofrecida a término medio crudo, pero los comensales pueden especificar al cortador sus preferencias y el restaurante se encargará de satisfacerlos. Mientras los gauchos cortan perfectamente los filetes de carne en los platos de los comensales, éstos pueden observar cómo lo hacen, así como utilizar las pinzas que le vienen otorgadas para tomar cada pedacito colocado en el plato y disfrutarlo, las veces que lo desee.

Al tener productos recién ahumados, al que primero llega, primero se le sirve. Este establecimiento abre a las 17:00 entre semana y a las 16:30 los viernes y sábados. Es entonces cuando sirven los platillos favoritos ahumados (falda de res, costillas bbq y carnitas de cerdo), pero no pueden prometer que todos ellos sigan disponibles a las 20:00. A aquellos que tengan antojo de carnes ahumadas a la bbq al estilo Frontier se les recomienda ir al establecimiento un poco más temprano de lo habitual, sobre todo los fines de semana.
