Welcome to the Butchers Arms.Our 16th century Public House is situated on Lime Street in the parish of Eldersfield near Gloucester.The Butchers Arms is first and foremost a rural pub, where the bar is the hub of life, with low ceilings, wooden floors, roaring fires and real ale served straight from the cask. The food is British and we source only the finest ingredients from local suppliers. The Boathouse is a quirky and very pretty place to enjoy quality tapas and drinks. Right on Waterside in Upton-upon-Severn, it overlooks the River Severn and serves breakfast and coffee in the morning, followed by Mediterranean- and British-style tapas for the rest of the day. The nature of tapas of course requires sharing, making The Boathouse a very popular spot indeed for casual yet elegant dining, regardless of the occasion. It’s a wonderful spot for taking the edge off and happily watching the hours roll away. The wine list is extensive and the beers are cold so, really, what more could one ask for?

    Is a lovely Gastropub near The Royal Crescent. Staff are fruendly and professional. Been there several tikes when stsying in Bath. Good choice of food but as a non garlic llover, I should have avoided the mushroom rissoto. Their fush and chips and steak are excellent. Can be a little noisy at busy times as children and dogs there but has a happy atmosphere.

    My son and I had an overnight pre-Christmas break at Queens Hotel Cheltenham and had the £40 pp for 3 courses dinner option. Excellent choice of menu and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and presented. I especially liked the chocolate flowerpot dessert !! Breakfast, again, excellent choice of options and I tried the Hungarian Largos donut pancake with mushrooms, garlic and egg. Very nice.

    The food is freshly prepared, authentic Mexican food. The small plates allow you to sample more of what's on offer. Perfect! This really is a gem amongst the food spots at Gloucester Food Dock. There's an interesting selection of expertly crafted cocktails. The service is equally good. Bravo!
