What is an evening at Sirocco like? It’s an experience best taken in with all five senses—difficult to describe, but we’ll try. Its sights are iconic: lebua’s imposing golden dome above you, the twinkling lights of Bangkok around and below.Take a Mediterranean voyage without moving from your seat, and experience flavors from Mykonos, Nice, Rome, Barcelona, Tunis and Beirut, all imaginatively interpreted. For the full taste experience, make sure to add our sommeliers’ recommended pairings. It’s a pleasant balmy breeze—none of the hot stickiness you might find 64 floors below. Or, maybe, goosebumps. Not from chill, but from the whole experience—a little bit of moonlit magic.Smart Casual Dress Code: We do not permit athletic or sports uniforms as well as sheer clothing, slippers, beach sandals and flip-flops. Gentlemen must avoid any sleeveless clothing, shorts and open shoes. Please note that our smart casual dress code applies to children.

Chef’s Table brings new meaning to the term ‘dinner theater.’ Here, the kitchen staff are the stars of the show, preparing seven inventive courses before your very eyes. But if you’re looking for drama or frenzied fire, you won’t find it in this kitchen. This is the very definition of culinary precision: a finely choreographed dance, led by maestro Vincent Thierry.Chef’s Table invites you to experience cooking—and dining—as high art. The kitchen at the heart of Chef’s Table is itself a masterpiece: a Molteni stove in cream in brass, wrapped in Michelangelo’s favorite Carrara marble. And the crown jewel—a brass-plated stainless steel hood, with rings crafted by a Thai artist to emulate a Buddhist monument. A fine example of both form and function, this opulent custom-designed hood is part of a ventilation system that makes it possible to put our kitchen right in the middle of the restaurant.
