Ulele (pronunciado yu-ley-li) celebra la vibrante fusión de los ingredientes de las aguas y la tierra de Florida, que alguna vez fueron hogar de comunidades nativas del continente, entre ellos la princesa Ulele. El restaurante está situado en el río de Hillsborough en Tampa Heights, cerca del Centro Straz para artes escénicas. El menú presenta platillos sabrosos y atractivos, preparados en la parrilla de la casa.
