We are proud to say that our Aussie beef come from 100% Organic Fortitude Valley Farm, and our free-range chicken does not have any harmful hormone. We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay. As soon as Amy Chanta flung open the doors in 1989 Chat Thai became an instant smash hit with Sydney diners already familiar with Thailand and no appetite for compromising on ingredients, flavours, textures and aromas. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!
